Schedule sync and filter files

Choose a schedule

For One-way, Two-way or Mirror sync, open the task’s Schedule settings. Choose Daily, Weekly, Monthly, One Time, Event Triggers, Daily by interval, Monthly by Week or Monthly by date as needed. Review the next run time after saving.

Power options

Wake the computer to run scheduled tasks and after-task power actions depend on the operating system and device capabilities. Review the options shown on your computer. Shut down, restart, hibernate or sleep can interrupt other work; enable them only deliberately.

Choose matching files

Use File inclusion mask to limit participating files, File exclusion mask to omit files, and Folder Exclusion Mask to omit folders. For example, use a filename pattern such as *.txt when you want text files. Check the field’s help for supported syntax before combining patterns.

Folder scope

Include subfolders is enabled by default. You can also exclude hidden files and folders, and exclude system files and folders. Review these rules before expecting a particular item to appear in the destination.

Keep both computers and any required drives available for cross-device scheduled runs. A schedule cannot bypass an offline device.
